1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HermesDeploy(“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HermesDeploy provides managed hosting for personal AI agents, including container orchestration, memory storage, skill management, and Telegram messaging connectivity. Additional messaging surfaces (Discord, Slack, etc.) are not yet supported.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Data and Privacy

Your agent’s memory is stored as plain text you can export at any time. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Token top-ups do not expire for 90 days from purchase.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for illegal activities, spam, or to circumvent usage limits. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
